Our goal was to find out as much about College-Paper.org as we could. This included contacting the customer support agents and writer as well as getting feedback from previous customers. In the end, we discovered quite a lot about College-Paper.org.

At the graduate/professional level, the company offers theses and dissertations. When we spoke to a customer support agent, they claimed that the company only assigns them to writers with Master degrees and PhDs.

The prices for using College-Paper.org are about middle-of-the-road when compared to the industry average. One page papers of the lowest academic level will set you back $23.30. The highest-priced paper is $59.93/page, based on the highest academic level option and quickest turnaround.
There are some discounts provided by the service. The website offers 5% off with 15-50 pages, 10% off with 51-100 pages and 15% off with 101+ pages. First order discount is 15%.
Additional Features
There are many extra features, with some of them free and others fee-based. An outline is free as are title pages, amendments, bibliography and formatting. Vip Services such as order written by top 10 writers, proofread by editors, Vip support, UK writer are all offered at extra cost.
Quality
We ordered a 10-page paper on the topic of history. It should not have been difficult, but the writer really struggled. They made up sources, used incorrect terminology and repeated themselves for the sake of filling up pages. When we opted for their free revision services, the paper was such a mess that there was very little they could do to improve it. When we received something resembling revisions 2 days after the deadline, we asked for a refund. The company made this process extremely difficult.
Customer Support
Our experience with customer support was positive initially. The agent that we spoke to was professional and seemed to understand our concerns. Our revision request was granted. But when we called a couple of days later to ask how things were going, the next agent that we spoke to was unable to tell us. When we finally asked for a refund, customer support wouldn’t budge. It was only after we warned them that we would take the issue up with our credit card company that they finally relented. That was not an acceptable at all.
Conclusion
What more is there to say? The paper was nonsense, the service was overpriced, and it basically took threats before they would give us the refund that we deserved. Not recommended.

I couldn’t find common ground with these people from the first words, literally. When I heard the accent, I suspected that there’s something wrong about them. When got my paper I saw that my intuition didn’t let me down, and I should have listened to it.
Despite the fact that my work contained 45% of plagiarism it looks very fine from the first glance. Guys, do you really think you will build business on plagiarised works?
I got a decent paper, though the topic wasn't complicated. Still, I think it doesn't matter. The writer knew exactly what to do.
