Quality
We ordered two papers - one high school essay of 10 pages and a business plan of 15 pages - to assess the quality of the work. Overall, we found the work to be passable. The first was well-researched and the terminology was more or less consistent with what you would expect from a high school student. The formatting and grammar were also fine. The business plan idea was a bit silly and some of the word choices did not make sense, but in fairness, this issue could have been avoided if we had corresponded more regularly with our writer. We imagine that foreign students would be perfectly content with these papers.
Customer Support
We contacted customer support through live chat, phone and through email. They responded promptly and acted professionally. We asked if they could handle a 10-page PhD-level paper in 5 hours and they apologized and said it was an unrealistic deadline. In other words, they did not try to fool us into thinking they could do the impossible.
We also had no issues with getting a hold of our writer. When we asked if we could make a minor change in the instructions after they had started, they were fine with it. It does not necessarily mean that all writers will respond in the same way (technically the company has the right to charge extra for this), but in our case we liked that our writer was flexible.
Conclusion
With EssaysExperts.com, you pay for what you get, and what you get is a pretty decent paper. They offer a lot of academic writing options and the customer support team (and our writers for that matter) were easy to work with. The papers arrived by the deadline and we had no issues with plagiarism. The company is very reliable, we would just suggest that if you decide to order from them, make sure to provide them with as much detail as possible.
